Fees are to be paid in full in advance, of the student’s first
class, each term, throughout the year (and are non-refundable) - new
students and families can try out their first class before making
this commitment. Any one
needing to pay by instalments can only do so by arrangement
with Miss Preston. Each instalment must be paid in advance of
classes taken or student will not be permitted to participate.

EVERY student must re-enrol. Students under 18 years must
have their enrolment forms signed by a legal guardian

Students must be prompt in
arriving to class in order not to miss warming up time.
Without a proper warm-up the student is prone to injury and so will
not be allowed to participate until warmed up
5.
NO JEWELLERY or watches are to be worn during class. No
valuables should be brought to class.
NO
RESPONSIBILITY will be assumed by the ballet school, for lost
/stolen property. All items of clothing should be named

Hair/Grooming:
This is part of the tradition & discipline of classical ballet &
parents should assist and encourage their child to come to class
well groomed. Hair must be
tied away from the face in a bun (neatly and securely).This
needs to be practised for concerts and exams, so if you need help
bring pins early to class so others can help you/them. For
Contemporary, Jazz & Tap classes a pony-tail is fine with
hair off the face.
7.
Parents need to call for their
children IMMEDIATELY after class. Please contact the principal if a
student cannot attend class, or if you will be late
8.
No student is allowed to leave
studios dressed only in dance clothes. Street clothes must be worn.
9.
Students must be collected
from the studios and cannot wait outside
10.
ONLY
Pre-School parents and the parents of new students at their first
class are permitted into the studios during tuition periods (or
if their child is upset). They may attend
OPEN DAYS, held in the
last week of Terms 1, 2 & 3.
